Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
2. Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.

3. Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments, both internally and externally.

4. Prepare and distribute documents, memos, reports, and presentations as required.

5. Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.

6. Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.

7. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.

8. Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives.

9. Provide administrative assistance to senior executives, including calendar management, expense tracking, and meeting coordination.

10. Assist in preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.

11. Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.

12. Assist in organising company events, meetings, and conferences.

13. Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.

14. Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

15. Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

5. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

8. Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

9. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

10. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and demands.

11. Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.

12. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

13. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

14. Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month
