Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Objective:
Sales administrative assistants are the behind-the-scenes workers who keep sales teams running smoothly. They handle a wide range of tasks that support sale.
Sales administrative assistants may be involved in many different aspects of the sales process, including handling certain paperwork, scheduling appointments with potential clients, handling incoming phone calls from prospective buyers, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer liaison
Manage data in spreadsheets (Excel)
Obtaining paperwork from finance department, giving to Warehouse Manager
Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Job Requirements:

Skills and Requirements
Proven work experience as a sales administrator or sales support agent.
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication and ability to work with others
Ability to work well under strict deadlines
Customer service skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
The ability to use your initiative

Qualification and Experience
Matric/ Grade 12
At least one year in the same or similar role
Sales operations experience would be an advantage
Administration assistant certification would be an advantage
Salary:
R12, R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
