- Acting as first point of contact: welcome and greet clients, deal with correspondence and phone calls
- Prepare quotations for clients as required and do necessary follow-ups
- Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments
- Arrange events as required
- Remind manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
- Manage databases and filing systems
- Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collate and file
- After sales service support to clients
- Conduct research on behalf of the manager
- Organise the manager's personal commitments including travel
- Prepare and serve refreshments to clients if required
- Need to be flexible for time management to stay if required after hours to assist clients
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Grade 12
- Post Grade-12 Secretarial or similar qualification required - non-negotiable
- Valid drivers license
- 3 Years or more as a personal assistant/receptionist or similar role
- Computer literate
