Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CIO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and service providers.
- Manage and track departmental budgets, expenses, and procurement processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with IT project administration and coordination.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a PA to a senior executive, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
