4-5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant/secretary
Driver’s license with experience in driving
Matric and other relevant qualifications
Experience in the Security industry would be a plus.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Deadline driven.
Manage electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments.
Manage travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation/hotels/car reservations).
Process correspondence, and ensure that incoming correspondence is dealt with ASAP.
Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
Manage budgets and recording of receipts.
Interpretation of Financial related documents
Perform HR assistant duties when required
Understanding of CCMA/Labour courts and other courts processes
Manage contracts and ensure that information is filed/ secured consistently.
Assist in researching to ensure smooth running of the office.
Compile and produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as and when
required.
Organize meetings prepare agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
Relevant experience in Office Management/coordination

Any other duties as assigned by Management.

Ability to commute/relocate:
