Cape Town, South Africa Altitude Facilities Management Full time

Ensure onboarding documents (Recruitment pack) is fully compliant for all new employees to allocate a company code.
- Updating HR Forms
- Complete the one-page personal update form with all employees twice a year.
- Capture and maintain all employee records and ensure they meet legislative and audit requirements.
- Do maintenance of archive filing.
- Run HR Audits quarterly and report back to HR Manager on findings.
- Follow up on Employees absenteeism/ Tracking of employees (on request).
- Monitor end of contract dates and facilitate with the Site Supervisors.
- Actively involved in improvement of systems and processes.
- Respond to enquiries from employees, families, external sources, operations etc.
- Provide feedback/outcome of enquiry to the relevant parties involve and maintain record thereof on file.
- Capturing, Copying, and issue of all employee’s certificates.
- Capture employees Counselling and Disciplinary Records.
- Assist in all HR reports for external and internal requirements.

Draw information on the Employment Equity Report (yearly) to assist with the report.

Pay: R6,500.00 - R7,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
