- Capture salary input (overtime, loans, incentives, staff accounts, salary increases, promotions, leave forms) on system;
- Reconcile salary package report and send to Rewards and Benefits Specialist for sign-off;
- Coordinate the structural adjustment and promotions process;
- Provide technical and advisory support to the business with regard to pension, medical aid and employee benefits;
- Coordinate the pension and medical aid induction;
- Ensure that medical aid and pension queries for staff are attended to;
- Ensure accuracy of medical aid billing reconciliation every month;
- Assist the Human Resources team with terminations and on-boarding process;
- Coordinate and conduct the job evaluations;
- Coordinate the remuneration survey processes and ensure quality of data to survey houses

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- National Diploma/ Degree in HR or Payroll qualification
- Matric certificate
- 3 years relevant experience with at least 2 years obtained in a salary administration environment.
- Extensive payroll remuneration and benefits administration experience, with proven experience in MS word, MS excel and payroll systems.
