**Requirements**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification (B Tech or B degree) in

Human Resources, Public Administration, Finance or a similar

field
- A minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in a

payroll and benefits environment coupled with three (3) years’

supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of SAP-based payroll administration

would be advantageous.

Key Performance Areas
- Provide a professional corporate payroll and benefits administration

service to clients

business processes; controls measures and risk
- Project management
- Oversee the approved payroll cut-off dates; absence

management policy and specialist adjustments and

promote the production of acceptable quality payroll results

that meet audit requirements
- Ensue supervision of staff to effectively measure

performance, including but not limited to leave and absence

management, performance and development, formal and

informal disciplinary issues
- Recognise and advise on use of technology to improve

service delivery
- Analyse; balance and reconcile complex accounts;
financial data and information
- Maintain relationships to ensure efficient service

delivery and compliance with corporate policies.
