**Job Purpose**:
The Department of Mobility, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a competent individual to provide administrative support. This post is based in Cape Town, CBD.

**Minimum Requirements**: Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification); A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence. NB: People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities, but who have reasonable access to transport, may also apply.
**Recommendation**: Experience in an administrative environment.
**Competencies**: A good understanding of the following: PGWC Administrative and document flow processes; Departmental business processes in respect of workflow; Payment and Supply Chain processes; Skills needed: Verbal and written communication; Proven computer literacy (MS Word); Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and work in a team.
**Remuneration**:
R 202 233 per annum (Salary Level 5).

Note on remuneration: Employees' service benefits or obligations (13th cheque, medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
