**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Registering and deregistering companies
Appointment and removal of directors
Lodging annual returns and registers of beneficial interest
Assisting with drafting resolutions and minutes of meetings, under supervision
Updating electronic company registers and minute books
Issuing and transferring shares
Appointing and changing auditors
Amending and lodging MOIs and deeds of trust
Attending to all matters at the Masters Office and CIPC
Attending to banking authorities in line with approved DOAs
Updating director declarations and submitting annual compliance certificates
Attending to FICA/KYC, BEE and annual audit queries across the group of entities
Keeping filing systems orderly, consistent and up to date for the CoSec team
Tracking signatures of written resolutions
Generally, do all administration tasks delegated by the Group Company Secretary

**Qualification and experience**:
At least 5 years relevant experience preferably with at least 3 years in the financial services or auditing environment

CIPC experience
Board Resolutions
CIS NQF Level 6

**Conditions of Internal Application**:
Employees must have been employed on a permanent basis within their current position, for a period, not less than 12 (twelve) months.
