**Job Description**:
Actively seeking a Part-time Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
- Office Management (e.g. stationery and grocery shops, printer management, etc.);
- Acting as a point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments;
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation;
- Organising attendance to events and conferences;
- Creating and executing an action plan for the MD after internal and external meetings;
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence;
- Managing databases and filing systems;
- Implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems;
- Liaising with staff, business contacts, associates, suppliers and clients;
- Record-keeping and claiming of reimbursements;
- Collating and maintaining records of all financial and tax documentation as and when required;
**Qualifications**:
- Matric
- 2+ years of experience in related field,
- MS Office - strong excel skills
- Strong analytical skills,
- Ability to work on multiple financial and administrative software,
- Strong organisational and analytical skills,
- Basic tax knowledge advantageous
