Administrative Assistant to Md

Administrative Assistant with previous experience assisting a Managing Director, preferably in an Accounting environment, required to assist the MD and Accounting Department with a range of administrative tasks.
**Minimum requirements**:
- Matric essential
- Tertiary qualification favourable but not essential
- Willing and able to work outside of office hours when required at times
- Familiarity and reasonable knowledge of the accounting industry preferred
- Own reliable transport and license required
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist MD and Operations Manager with range of administrative duties
- Filing and storing data (Cloud)
- Drafting Letters
- Provide FICA when requested from various institutions
- Attend to administration of opening bank accounts for clients
- Requesting information from various institutions
- Follow up on requests from clients
- Preparation of meeting packs
- Receiving call from clients
- Managing diaries
