Managing and maintaining human resources information systems (HRIS)

Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security within the HRIS

As an HRIS & Analytics Specialist, your responsibilities include ensuring all stored data’s accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Regularly auditing data entries for errors or inconsistencies will uphold database integrity. Prioritizing data security through access controls and encryption measures is crucial for safeguarding sensitive employee information. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements

Education and Qualification
