**Position Overview**:
As the **Revenue and Reservations Manager** for multiple BlackBrick properties, you will be responsible for maximizing room revenue and ensuring an efficient reservations process across our network. This role combines strategic revenue management with operational oversight of the reservations team to ensure optimal occupancy rates, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of strategies and processes across all properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Revenue Management**: Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies and revenue management techniques to maximize room occupancy and profitability across multiple properties.
- ** Forecasting and Analysis**: Analyze booking trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing to forecast demand and adjust rates accordingly. Generate regular performance reports and recommend pricing adjustments to optimize revenue.
- ** Reservations Oversight**: Manage the reservations team, ensuring that inquiries and bookings are handled efficiently and accurately across all properties. Monitor booking platforms and ensure rate parity across all channels.
- ** Inventory Management**: Oversee room inventory distribution across various online and offline channels, including OTAs, the hotel website, and direct bookings, to prevent overbooking and maximize occupancy.
- ** Collaboration with Sales and Marketing**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and packages that align with revenue goals. Coordinate with marketing to ensure accurate representation of rates and availability.
- ** Systems Management**: Ensure that property management systems (PMS) and channel managers are optimized for seamless operations. Train the team on system updates and usage best practices.
- ** Guest Relations**: Resolve any reservations-related guest concerns or issues to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- ** Reporting**: Provide regular reports on room performance, revenue trends, and market analysis to the executive team, offering strategic insights for continued growth.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Matric (Grade 12)** or equivalent qualification.
- A degree or diploma in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in **revenue management** and **reservations** within a multi-property environment is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, pricing strategy, and data analysis.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), revenue management systems (RMS), and online booking platforms (OTAs and channel managers).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
