A 5* all apartment hotel with over 120 aprtments seeks to employ an Assistant Front Office Manager with the following essential experience and requirements:
- Minimum three years of 4*/5* all apartment hotel experience with **_ACCOMMODATION reservations/revenue management experience - rental pool experience would be a distinct advantage _**:
- Must currently be holding a reservations/revenue management position in a similar sized hotel
- Must have strong admin, organisational and sales skills, be able to manage a team of people.
- Will need to have TPN experience
- Owner management experience will also be an advantage
- Mature, professional, stable track record and have a good attitude
- Compile reports and statistics for the department
- Must be fully conversant on Opera and have advanced Excel Skills
- Maintain Yield Calendar and Revpar
