Oversee and manage HR administrative tasks for a portfolio of hotels.

Coordinate workforce skills development by handling Workplace Skills Plans (WSP's) effectively.

Monitor and manage the return on earnings within the HR department.

Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Handle employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures.

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

Minimum of three years of experience in a similar HR administrator role.

Proven experience in dealing with Workplace Skills Plans (WSP's) and return on earnings.

Comprehensive understanding of HR administrative processes and procedures.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.

Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.

Must be based on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal and available to start immediately.
