Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a HR Administrator for a 6 month FTC (fixed term contract) role in Cato Ridge, eThekwini, Durban, Kwazulu Natal.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric; Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma advantageous (does not have to be a HR Qualification)
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Assist HR Department with Employee Wellness and Medical Bookings, be the liaison for the Organisation - Employee Communications etc
- Familiar with HR processes and legislation.
- Resilient and hardworking, good with MS Excel
- Own reliable transport to and from Cato Ridge/Pinetown - able to work long hours when necessary
- Applicants must be well spoken, self-driven, academically strong
- Must have excellent creditability with regards to continentality and privacy of personal and private information, company and employees

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives & Employees
- The role is more focused on our Admin area which is specifically dealing with Contractors (security contract, canteen provider, uniform providers etc), issuing of PPE & uniform, handling our Expat portfolio in terms of lodging, transport, meals etc, company vehicle coordination, cost management, issuing of stationary, company branding and corporate events.
- More so than the core HR areas of Recruitment, Payroll Training and IR, Facilities Management falls under HR and this is where our need is.
- This role is more of an analytical role and running around dealing with daily errands, with exposure to all departments, a great learning opportunity and exposure to all departments for 2 years.

- Ability to be self-managed and multi task
- Highly systematic, organised and accurate record keeping
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel & Oracle
