The role of Senior Alliances Manager is responsible for ensuring alliances operations for our key partners are managed seamlessly. Working closely with global alliance managers, as well as regional alliance professionals, this role aims to support growth and profitability of our alliance relationships.

**Working at NTT**

Overall partner management
- Enhance partner effectiveness for our key partners through alignment of operational processes and metrics
- Develop reports & insights to support alliance managers drive improvements in our joint business performance
- Collaborate with partner operations team to identify opportunities enhance tools and streamline processes

Partner operations
- Work closely with the alliance manager to support partner operations, onboarding & business planning processes
- Manage daily and weekly activities, working with regional teams and service divisions, and oversee day-to-day partner program operations
- Administer partner portal, proof of performance documentation, and other compliance and/or operational requirements
- Work with regional partner teams to optimize rebates, incentives, enablement and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the partner teams to advocate for and govern global program and initiatives
- Resolve any partner issues and escalations, with support from the business

Reporting
- Conduct detailed performance monitoring to drive compliance and define global program policies
- Support creation of KPIs dashboards and performance reports

**Knowledge, skills and attributes**:

- Experience managing regional partner / channel programs, channel operations or partner operations, ideally in a B2B Technology / SaaS industry
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of partner operations activities
- Keen attention to detail in ensuring compliance to partner policies and programs
- Ability to synthesize insights and business implications from data in a meaningful way

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce
