We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Internal Sales Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued success.
**Position Overview**: As the Internal Sales Manager, you will leverage your extensive sales expertise to guide and support our sales team and customer sales assistants. While you will not be directly involved in sales yourself, your role will be crucial in ensuring that our sales processes, training programs, and marketing strategies are executed to the highest standards. You will demonstrate your sales proficiency at the outset, acquire in-depth product knowledge, and oversee the effective training and development of our sales personnel.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Demonstrate Sales Expertise**: Initially, prove your sales capabilities through a performance apprenticeship to establish credibility and demonstrate a strong understanding of sales principles.
- **Product Knowledge**: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, including the specifics of the drilling processes we utilize.
- **Training & Development**: Develop and implement training programs for sales representatives and customer sales assistants to enhance their skills and performance.
- **Order Management**: Oversee and maintain order processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency, addressing any issues that may arise.
- **Marketing Management**: Manage and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services, working closely with the marketing team to achieve company goals.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze sales metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including production and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a sales management or leadership role, with a strong track record of success in sales.
- Exceptional understanding of sales processes and best practices.
- Ability to quickly learn and master product knowledge, including technical aspects related to drilling.
- Experience in training and developing sales teams, with a focus on improving performance and achieving targets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement.
