Quality and Administration Assistant

**About the role**
**What you will do**
- Assist with the vetting and onboarding of local service providers globally.
- Assist with managing the relationship with local service providers together with evaluation of performance.
- Assist with and manage the general supplier onboarding process and subsequent evaluation of performance.
- Assist with reviewing and publishing policies and procedures interacting with relevant process owners in the business.
- Assist with Quality Management System (QMS) Audits and follow-up actions.
- Assist with the QMS administrative tasks.
- Assist with control of documents, records, and document formatting.
- Following up on scheduled QMS duties.
- Take minutes in compliance meetings and investigations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks in the wider Support Team including scheduling, minute-taking, managing contact details, and task management.
**What we are looking for**
- Adequate work experience within a similar role administrating QMS or supplier database experience.
- Quality Management Implementation Course.
- Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal).
- Propensity for multi-tasking with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deadline-driven, with good time management, organisational skills, with high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
