RCL FOODS is seeking a **Logistics Admin Clerk **for a **4 months** contract to join our RCL FOODS Division. The role will be based in **Pretoria West** and report to the **admin controller. **RCL FOODS is looking for an individual with a take-charge attitude, has decision making abilities, has strong compliance and work ethic.

RCL FOODS entrusts the responsible individual to maximize customer service by allocating stock fairly across all orders received from direct customers and distribution requirements planning, as well as planning stock to storage, while constantly considering the opportunities for cost saving within the distribution network.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Pallets and Crates**
- Weekly pallet recon (MCC vs. MB51) + daily risk report with no old outstaniding items
- daily balance to be kept investigated.
- Detail variances & unresolved queries to be investigated
- Daily redeems of crates & pallets
- Resol,ving customer queries on credits crates returned
- Balancing of SAP to CHEP
- Ensure completeness of pallet control
- Weekly: Clover crates report to be compared to SAP-MB51 listing
- Daily production requirements
- crates and pallets
- Weekly Clover crates order

**Trip recon**
- Control of trip reconciliation process by ensuring no longer outstanding POD's, completeness of records, completeness of credit processing (ZSDTR11 & ZSDTR2B)
- Filing & Scanning

**Month end**
- Assure that all Clover claims have been processed
- Arrange and get approval for Counters before stock count
- Prepair stock count papers for Counters
- Process credits for crates and pallets on SAP before stock** **count starts
- Monthly crates
- and palltes recon to be finalized on stock count day
- Chep inventory to be completed
- Accruals to be prepared for Consumer
- Monthly stock count verification

**Credits & Purchasing**
- Daily Vector Logistics workflows for approval
- Consumer Vnedors ( oders and Grv's done by Consumer)
- Follow up on oustanding invoices

**Other Admin & Finance duties**
- Daily weekly and monthly reporting as required
- Daily fuel recon done
- Diesel vehicle check list
- Weekly Clover / SAP variances to be investigated and reportedÁssist with other duties as required
- Health and Safety: Weekly crates and palltes inspection: Stacking

**Competencies required**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification-Matric
- Excel experience-required
- SAP experience-preferred
- Knowledge of pallet management, purchase oders, reconciliations
- Minumum 2 years relevant experience
