**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare essential documentation and reports
- Responsible for daily record keeping of certain key accounts i.e. data capturing and filing
- Liase with suppliers
- Ensure payments to suppliers are made in time, accurately & completely
- Assist where required to keep office running smoothly

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience
- Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently and seek assistance as needed
- The ability to work with others and provide assistance where requested
- Self-motivated and highly organised individual
- Distinctly dependable and trustworthy, with a strong and proven work ethic
