Utilising the functions of the Natural and Alex systems to carry out the day-to-day activities.
Administration of Retirement claims for MIPF/EIPF.
Corresponding with external customers

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Grade 12 with an aptitude for figures
Good attendance and reliability
Minimum of 2 years claims experience in industry/3 year’s surplus related experience
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Pension and Provident Fund rules.
Customer oriented.
Ability to work under pressure.
Analytical skills.
