Job Overview
Tower Group seeks an experienced Finance Admin Clerk to support our finance team. This role involves coordinating administrative applications, allocating resources, and ensuring smooth operations within the administrative section.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate and monitor administrative resources to meet business needs.
  • Invoice administrative applications for surveys and manage financial transactions.
  • Update the fee book and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate funding with the bank for received funds and process payments efficiently.
  • Verify supplier invoices against quotes and authorize payments.
  • Follow up on creditor queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and load EFT supplier payments and maintain beneficiary information.
  • Forward remittances to clients and prepare credit notes as required.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and systems is also essential for this position.
