**your key responsibilities**
**Oversee the general administration of employee benefits, this includes**:
- Benefit allocations and resolutions.
- Monitoring & tracking of and reporting on benefit processes/documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and delivery in line with policies.
- Liaising with external stakeholders (dependents, fund administrators, insurers) on behalf of employees re. benefit allocations & resolutions.
- Ensure timely payment of monthly premiums.
- Handle all benefit compensations (IOD's).
- Advise employees of their benefit options.
- Collaborate and maintain professional communication with finance department.
- Understanding of the details of all benefits choices offered by the company.
- Serve as primary contact between employees, benefit plan providers and third-party administrators.
- Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting and fees.

Grade 12 and a Diploma in Administration/or similar.**:
- ** 1+ year/s relevant experience**. Understanding of **Employee Benefits & Rewards** (advantageous).
- Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills, HR Systems (Sage, etc) advantageous.
- Attention to detail, Self-motivated, proactive and works independently. Confident and ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
