**Requirements**:

- Strong admin skills
- At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of XERO & Res Request would be an advantage
- Strong people skills (guest interaction as well as staff interaction)
- At least 4 years’ experience in hospitality in an administrative role
- Bush lodge experience preferred
- 5-star hospitality experience ideal
- Valid driver’s licence

**Description**
- All payment requests & creditors
- Payroll Administration
- Petty Cash
- Vehicle Admin
- Handling staff issues
- Updating of staff files
- Using Res Request (experience not essential however they should have knowledge/experience of at least one other hotel management software system)
- Relief of staff duties on Cycle leave.

**Package**
- Salary: Dependent on experience
