Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality as a Live-in Administration Role. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the lodge, including payment requests, payroll administration, and petty cash management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality administration and possess strong skills in MS Office. Knowledge of XERO and Res Request would be an advantage. Additionally, the role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all payment requests and creditors
- Administer payroll for staff members
- Handle petty cash transactions
- Manage vehicle administration
- Address staff issues in a timely and professional manner
- Update staff files as required
- Provide relief for staff members on cycle leave
This is a live-in position that offers a competitive salary and a unique opportunity to work in the beautiful bush lodge environment.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
