Hospitality Administrator Job Opportunity

Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking an experienced Hospitality Administrator to join our team as a Live-in Administration Role. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the lodge, including payment requests, payroll administration, and petty cash management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in hospitality administration and possess strong skills in MS Office. Knowledge of XERO and Res Request would be an advantage. Additionally, the role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • All payment requests and creditors must be managed efficiently
  • Payroll administration for staff members must be accurate and timely
  • Petty cash transactions must be handled securely
  • Vehicle administration must be up-to-date
  • Staff issues must be addressed promptly and professionally
  • Staff files must be updated regularly
  • Relief of staff duties on cycle leave must be provided

This is a live-in position that offers a competitive salary and a unique opportunity to work in the beautiful bush lodge environment.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
