Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in finance and stock management to support the operations of our 5-star game lodge. This role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing inventory to ensure smooth and efficient lodge operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation for review.
- Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with finance and procurement teams to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Provide administrative support to lodge management and other departments as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, with a focus on finance and stock management.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or luxury sector.
