**CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**

**Location: Cape Town**, South Africa.**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Johnson & Johnson, Consumer & Personal Care **has an immediate opening for **Customer Service Specialist **role in **Cape Town.**

**Overall Purpose of this Job**:
The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) professional will be responsible to deliver excellent customer services internally and externally to ensure that we delight our stakeholders.

**The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have**:
**Domestic Market Account Management**:

- Managing stock onto orders to improve infills.
- Correcting or assisting with the correction of masterdata to improve service levels.
- Delivering reporting on time.
- Managing queries effectively.

**Order Management**:

- Effectively manage Customer orders in an SAP environment, from order receipt to delivery creation, working towards zero defects on orders to eliminate Customer claims.
- Liaise with LSP’s to ensure on time delivery of Customer orders with mínimal damages and defects.
- Resolve Customer Backdoor Refusal issues promptly in conjunction with the LSP and Customer Development team to reduce good stock returns.

**Reporting and Presentations Management**:

- It is imperative that the CSS ensures all his / her reporting is accurate, timeous and done in good faith. The CSS must never misrepresent facts or withhold information from any stakeholder or in any circumstance.

**Compliance Management**:

- The CSS shall at all times conduct him/herself in a manner that is compliant with company policy and consistent with the company values.

**Analytics Management**:

- The CSS shall endeavor to provide accurate business reporting and operational management tools for the monitoring and management the daily operation.

**Qualifications**

**Required**:

- Relevant Tertiary Degree/Diploma Essential.
- Minimum of of 5 years Customer Service experience.
- People's management
- supervisory experience.
- PC Knowledge: Word, intermediate excel and PowerPoint, additionally SAP.
- Proven track record of Customer Service success.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
