**Office Administrator**
**Our Company in Brackenfell is seeking an Office Administrator for the Branch.**
**You will be the face of the Branch and need to have a bubbly personality and a go getter attitude.**
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transport
- Office administration Experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Experience with technology and software
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
**Duties**:
- Oversee daily schedules and appointments
- Organize company events or meetings
- Answering phones
- Taking messages from clients for sales reps
- Doing Quotations for office and for Reps when needed
- Checking stock that has arrived from Production
- Booking orders
- Booking Installations
- Making sure payments are completed on all orders
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Fuel Recons
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports and Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Making appointments and bookings for sales reps
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
**Along with you Updated and Detailed CV and a head and Shoulder photo / Notice Period**
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brackenfell, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
