Management in this regard is the control, organizing, decision making, quality assurance and mentoring of staff which have a positive influence on the organization.
- Minimum RequirementsAn appropriate 3-year B-Degree /equivalent or higher qualification; A minimum of 3 years' relevant management level experience.
- RecommendationA valid Code B driving licence; Working experience in a financial environment.
- Key Performance AreasMaintain salary deductions processes; Administer creditor accounts; Maintain payment process; Regulatory, policy, governance frameworks and tactical advice; Oversight bodies, committees and forums; Operational management of the Sub-component.
- CompetenciesKnowledge of the following: Government policies and procedure (Public Finance Management Act and circulars); Modified Cash Standards. Skills in the following: Communication (written and verbal); Numeracy; Literacy; Computer Literacy; Leadership; problem solving and decision making.
- RemunerationAll-inclusive salary package of R 849 702 per annum (Salary level 11).
