ISMMART Group of Industries is in search of an experienced and forward-thinking leader to join our team as the Deputy Managing Director in the relevant Industry.


  • Assist in developing and executing the company's strategic plan in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide visionary leadership to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement best practices to optimize production processes and supply chain management.
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans, ensuring costeffective operations and market development activities.
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure company policies, legal guidelines, and regulatory requirements are communicated and adhered to.
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise executives, providing guidance and motivation.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for expansion.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Build and lead a highperformance executive team.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.

Job Specification:

  • 810 years of progressive experience in the relevant industry, with at least 4 years in a managerial position.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership at the executive level.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and industry trends.
  • Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic business environment.

Salary:
R40, R50,000.00 per month
