**Descriptions**:
Draft offers to lease and ensure all FICA documents are supplied to landlords.
Draft & submit approved renewal proposals to landlords.
Convert signed and accepted offers into full lease agreements.
Follow up to ensure that leases/addendums are timeously signed and filed.
Load signed lease agreements and renewal addendums onto the master database.
Manage the property database by ensuring all current documentation is filed in a consistent & standardised manner and all old documentation is removed or archived.
Regularly review/audit the data on the property master file to ensure data integrity.
Manage lease renewals & expirations in accordance with the lease terms & conditions.
Ensure general lease compliance (dates, permissions, notices, certificates, etc).
Assist accounts department with operating expense reconciliations.
Support the property/facility management teams with hands-on support.
Obtain relevant documentation and information for insurance claims and manage the claims process.
All other duties as assigned and associated with the day-to-day operation of a commercial real estate portfolio.

**Qualifications**:
Grade 12 Certificate.
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience (property and/or legal-related work).
Previous experience working with commercial leases.
Basic working knowledge of commercial real estate.
General business and property management acumen.
SAGE Contracts Module experience will be advantageous.
Strong computer skills (familiar with Google Workspace).
Meticulous attention to detail.
