- eliver high-quality consultation and maintain positive relations with Church leaders on behavioral and mental health issues. I
- dentify and access competent community resource partners. T
- rain Welfare and Self-Reliance Managers (WSRM's) on Family Services work and collaborate about on-going issues regarding Church leader needs. E
- nsure legal, ethical and policy compliance (complex and diverse requirements due to working in multiple countries, multiple languages, large geographies, diverse legal and/or socio-economic complexities). T
- rack progress of operations and provide Area leadership monthly reports on the quantity and quality of behavioral and mental health services offered.

- ust be in possession of a Current Temple Recommend and/or be worthy of one. M
- aster’s degree or Honors degree in Psychology is preferred. M
- aster’s degree or Honor Degree in Health Sciences / Developmental Studies /Sociology or related field will be accepted. R
- egistration with a regulatory body such as the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) is an added advantage. A
- t least 5 years of progressive work experience including management and leadership experience is required. M
- ust be able to extensively analyze multi-dimensional socio-economic issues to find ways of significantly improve, change and/or adapt existing methods and techniques to find behavioral and mental health solutions for the Area. M
- ust have the ability to understand mental health professional terminology and interact proficiently and professionally with clinically trained mental healthcare professionals. M
