**Summary**: As the trusted right-hand of our MD, this pivotal role ensures the seamless operation of daily activities within our SME, encompassing administration, stock management, sales, marketing, and overall business support.

**Reports to**: Managing Director

**Industry**:Consumer Electronics _(Specializing in Mobile Device Repairs and Sale of Refurbished Devices)_

**Location**: Cape Town CBD & Southern Suburbs

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:30

**Set-up**: Hybrid - Office, Home & Other locations with the MD

**Salary**: Market-related and commensurate with experience

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in executive assistance, operations coordination, or similar roles
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Mailchimp, Drip, Klaviyo) and other relevant systems (Canva, Meta, Shopify)
- Experience with social media platforms and marketing strategies
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (advantageous)

- Creative abilities encompassing writing, design, and basic video editing
- Excellent presentation skills for reports and presentations

**Responsibilities**:
**General**
- Manage the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments and ensuring timely reminders for tasks, deadlines, and events
- Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, conduct research, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Accompany the MD to work meetings as necessary
- Organize and coordinate business travel arrangements, ensuring all necessary details are attended to
- Coordinate and oversee small projects, providing support to the MD as required

**Communication & Administration**
- Facilitate correspondence between the MD and various business stakeholders, including staff, clients, and suppliers
- Draft, proofread, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and marketing materials
- Manage relevant databases and filing systems for all business-related paperwork
- Collate and file financial information, ensuring accurate financial administration and processing
- Assist in delivering monthly reports and tracking financial items as necessary

**Marketing and Sales Support**
- Implement and execute marketing strategies across various social media platforms and marketing tools
- Assist in drafting marketing materials and presentations, staying abreast of market trends and industry developments
- Provide valuable business insights to support strategic decision-making
- Assist in data analysis and report generation to inform business strategies and initiatives
- Organize and analyze market research to identify opportunities for innovation
