At Nile, we see roles as an opportunity for personal development. As our business grows, so will the scope of your role. Today, our team requires a Relationship Manager to focus on managing input suppliers and building strong supplier relationships. The successful applicant will take ownership of the following functions:
- Focusing on building and maintaining relationships with input suppliers
- Negotiating and procuring inputs required by the producers on Nile's platform
- Identifying and onboarding new input suppliers to meet the needs of our growing producer base
- Managing the entire procurement process from supplier selection to delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of all supplier interactions and transactions
**Requirements**:
**Skills and aptitude**:
- Prior experience in procurement or supplier management roles
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong business relationships
- Good understanding of agricultural inputs and their procurement processes
- Bachelors Degree is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
