**SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR - CUSTOMER OPEN ORDER MANAGEMENT**
Purpose of the position: The overall purpose is to ensure that key customers are invoiced on time and accurately.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Minimum Matric Certificate
- SAP experience essential
- Computer Literate - Advanced Excel essential
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Numerical accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels
- Excellent telephone skills
- Solid attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information
- Excellent reconciliation skills
**Job Function**:
- Request open order reports from specific customers
- Match open order to jobs in SAP and/or Pulse
- Follow up with Operations to ensure that jobs are invoiced in the same month as service is supplied
- Ensure Customer open order reports are kept current
- Proactive identification of simplification/automation opportunities
- To participate in various ad-hoc projects where necessary
