Key Accounts Manager

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Key Accounts Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships and overseeing sales. The Account Manager should satisfy customer’s needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. The Key Account manager must demonstrate profitable growth with the customer base and build win new customers.
Requirements: Relevant degree/diploma in Business Administration or Marketing. Proven work experience as a sales /key account manager or Sales account executive in relevant field.

Job description / core competencies:
- Develops long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales
- Develops a relationship to the executive level of the customers operation
- Formulates a push button list to influence customer decisions
- Informs and communicates industry trends and own innovations
- Develops and sells solutions with own products and technologies to help the customer
- Brick walls the customer against other competitors, and reports on competition activities
- Binds the customer through long term frame work agreements and technology cooperation
- Initiates customer
- supplier events and workshops to create a broader relationship matrix
- The Account Manager works close together with the customer’s technical team, Supply Chain and Financial team.
- Acts as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Generates new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolves conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Reports on the status of accounts and transactions
- Weekly report on tasks performed in that week
- Attends all client meetings as requested and/or scheduled
- Provides meaningful reporting to Senior Management in a timely and effective manner

**Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant degree/diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
- Proven work experience as a sales /key account manager or Sales account executive in relevant field
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Excellent oral, cross functional an interpersonal communication skills.
- Referral of 3 persons in similar work environment Relevant degree/diploma in Business Administration Marketing.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Excellent oral, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills
**Experience**:
- Hard Rock mining process and product: 5 years (preferred)
- sales / key account manager: 5 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Relevant degree: Business Administration / Marketing (preferred)
