**Requirements**:

- Relevant B degree
- Four (4) to five (5) years’ relevant experience in

information/data/knowledge management, project management

and people network management.

Key Performance Areas
- Compile and review an Enterprise Content Management (ECM)

Framework and implementation plan for the City in order to improve

corporate management of information, knowledge and records to

support planning, service delivery and compliance.
- Review existing City ECM polices, systems, processes and

procedures in relation to the ECM framework to establish gaps and

priorities for interventions and improvement.
- Lead, coordinate and drive IKM implementation to support

departments to improve their management of data, information,

knowledge and records.
- Establish and maintain corporate content classification schemes to

ensure management of content in the organisation throughout its

lifecycle, e.g. as part of major transversal projects such as the Core

Application Refresh (CAR) programme.
- Participate in major transversal projects such as the CAR

service.
- Establish and maintain processes, tools, templates and guidelines
- Coordinate and build a Corporate-wide IKM network and ensure a

culture of information and knowledge sharing.
- Research best practice, innovations and developments for

continuous improvement and input into the City IKM policy and

framework formulation process.
- Ensure management of staff resources.
