EMEA Sales Business Partner (Revenue Growth Management & In Market Execution)***

**About the role**:

- Lead the strategy and development of Digital Technology & Information products/solutions to support the transformation of Kimberley Clark’s Revenue Management & In Market Execution capabilities through the development and implementation of RGM & IME tools and technology across EMEA.
- Development of, and stakeholder alignment to gold standard approach and best practices for EMEA in the sphere of technology and data.
- Lead the standardisation of RGM & IME data across EMEA partnership with EMEA Sales capability team to drive gold standard across People, Process, Tools and Data.
- Lead the delivery of next generation data & analytics, AI and data science to enable a step change in RGM & IME Capabilities working in close partnership with EMEA Sales Capability team and EMEA Marketing Research & Analytics team.

**About you**:

- A senior IT expert with relevant, functional business and process expertise appropriate to the role.
- Domain knowledge of Revenue Growth Management capabilities inclusive of Trade Promotions Optimisation, Pricing optimization, PPA, Mix / assortment management, as well as In Market Execution capabilities including DPSM (Distribution, Pricing, Shelving and Merchandising) analytics and insights, Distributor Management processes and In Field / Store order management, instore audit and compliance capabilities.
- Proven track record in CPG / FMCG/Retail in the implementation, embedding and adoption of RGM & IME capabilities and Optimization.
- Strong Project Management Experience including use of agile development methodologies
- Experience in IT Product Management/Product Owner
- Ability to maintain ROI / budget / P&L for IT Products or Solutions
- Outstanding organizational, communication (in English), interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels
