Whether you’re looking for a second job or have time on your hands, this part-time opportunity could be just what you need. Working four (4) night shifts per week (weekends and 2 additional agreed upon days) you’ll have enough time off to enjoy all the things you love.
As a multi-skilled Customer Service Advisor working you’ll be responsible for handling customer queries in a professional and courteous manner; confidently handling objections and identifying opportunities across multiple platforms.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Working towards consistently achieving and exceeding set targets
- Developing and maintaining current knowledge of the campaign
- Ensuring first contact resolution at all times
- Protecting information security and taking responsibility for highlighting any issues that you are made aware of by using the correct processes

**What you’ll need**
- Matric
- Ability to work weekends and 2 additional agreed upon days per week
- Availability to work 5-hour night shifts (UK hours)
- MS Outlook experience
- Minimum 6 months’ contact centre or web chat experience (Advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
- Ability to work on multiple systems concurrently in a customer-driven environment
- High motivation, drive to succeed with ability to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to overcome objections, resilient and calm under pressure
- Effective team playing with a positive attitude
- Clear credit and criminal record
