Duties/Pligte
- Organising, managing, and facilitating projects and activities of the CTL (including administration and budgets);
- Liaising and communicating with faculties regarding CTL projects and activities, as well as other TLA matters;
- Providing advice and support to academics about TLA and curriculum renewal in support of student learning and success;
- Monitoring and evaluating TLA projects;
- Conceptualising, designing, and developing TLA resources and professional learning opportunities for academics;
- Facilitating TLA professional learning opportunities for SU academics.

- Konseptualiseer, ontwerp en ontwikkel OLA-hulpbronne en professsionele leergeleenthede vir akademici;
- Fasiliteer OLA professionele leergeleenthede vir die US se akademici.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- A Master's degree;
- Three years' relevant TLA experience being employed in a DHET accredited higher education institution as either lecturer or part of a Centre for Teaching and Learning, or equivalent;
- Proven knowledge of the South African Higher Education sector;
- Familiarity with the scholarship of teaching and learning in South Africa and internationally;
- Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to work in a complex environment;
- The ability to think analytically and innovatively and taking initiative;
- Good communication and liaison skills;
- Good presentation and facilitation skills;
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills;
- Strong writing abilities, including minutes and reports;
- Detail-focused with excellent time management skills;
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Moodle;
- A valid driver's licence.
