- Proven research experience within the domain of TLA and/or the professional learning of academics for TLA, with relevant accredited, peer-reviewed outputs;
- Knowledge of and experience in higher education curriculum renewal;
- Good communication and liaising skills;
- Good presentation and facilitation skills;
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills;
- Strong writing abilities, including of minutes and reports;
- Detail-focused with excellent time management skills;
- The ability to think analytically and innovatively;
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Moodle;
- Willingness and availability to travel.
