We’ve created a large percentage of iTunes Extras titles available on the App Store, developed the specification of and delivered the first Cross-Platform Extras titles, authored more than eight-thousand DVDs, two-thousand Blu-rays, as well as award-winning tablet and mobile apps.

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and generate invoices for various accounts
- Perform data entry, enter orders to accounting system.
- Match account purchase order to the multiple order management systems for data entry to accounting system.
- Reconcile account invoices to the multiple Order Management systems.
- Update order management system with account invoice details.
- Communicate to internal departments changes needed to an account order for billing requirements.
- Maintain and update the account invoice trackers.
- Reply to account requests for additional information.
- Maintain invoice and account document files as requested by account.
- Prepare invoice documentation for audits.
- Perform Ad hoc tasks as requested.
- Assists in other areas as needed
**Requirements**:
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Good English verbal and written
- Able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving and math skills.
- Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is preferred but not required
- 2 - 4 years experience
