**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Phone Support for Customer Billing Queries/Internal Billing Queries.
- Management of Billing Cases - (Customer queries) Through our ticketing system.
- Maintaining Customer Records. Ensuring all cases are updated with relevant details.
- Uphold responsibility for allocated queues.
- Ad hoc Bill run Tasks where required. (Reporting / System maintenance / data cleansing)
- Ensuring Ad Hoc billing items are added in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Billing / Administration.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work comfortably individually and as part of a team.

**Preferable experience**:

- Proven experience and knowledge of Billing Telecommunications.
- Proficient Microsoft excel knowledge.

**What you also need to know**
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am - 5pm (UK Hours)
- Reporting To: Billing Manager
- Department: Revenue Operations
- Salary: TBD
