As we continue to expand our presence in the South African market, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Leader to lead our sales teams and drive business growth in the region.

**Role Overview**:
The Regional SSA Sales Leader will play a critical role in our organization, bridging the gap between the Regional Sales Director and our sales teams. As the leader responsible for the South African market, you will be instrumental in driving revenue, cultivating strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Your hands-on approach, deep sales expertise, and ability to lead from the front will be paramount in guiding our teams to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Sales Team Leadership**: Provide inspirational and hands-on leadership to the sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, motivation, and goal achievement. Lead by example and guide the teams towards exceeding sales targets.
- ** Sales Strategy and Execution**: Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to develop and execute the sales strategy for South Africa. Align the team's efforts with organizational goals and ensure consistent implementation.
- **Sales Performance Management**:Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunity. Provide coaching and support to the sales teams to enhance their performance and achieve revenue goals.
- ** CRM Utilization**:Drive consistent use of Salesforce as the primary sales tool. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, pipeline management, and reporting to enhance the sales process and overall efficiency.
- ** Client Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the South African market. Understand their needs, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address any issues to foster long-term partnerships.
- ** Revenue Growth**: Work closely with the sales teams to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities. Strategically expand existing accounts while actively seeking new business to maximize revenue growth.
- ** Market Intelligence**:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed decisions and adapt the sales approach accordingly.
- ** Training and Development**: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous growth and improvement.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the digital media industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms for sales management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Team-oriented leader with a passion for mentoring and developing sales talent.
