Practice / Administrative Manager

Letting Experts, a letting agency, has a full-time position available in Centurion for a **Practice / Administrative Manager** for the effective and efficient management and handling of all administrative functions.
**Responsibilities**:

- Management and operation of the rental agency
- Staying abreast of market conditions and determination of rental amounts
- Effective communication and interaction with owners and landlords regarding rental contracts
- Ensuring that rental agreements’ terms are met
- Investigation and follow-up of complaints from lettings
- Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
- Reporting to owners
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Proven previous experience (minimum 3 years) in letting administration (any properties)
- Excellent time management and organisational / administrative skills
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
- Ability to take leadership and work independently
- Excellent ability to manage conflict effectively
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Ability to determine needs and address them effectively
- High levels of accuracy and a detail-oriented work style
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent service delivery skills
- High regard for values and standards
- Valid driver's license and own transport
