**Responsibilities**:

- Utilising various prospecting channels to target and generate interest from potential Enterprise customers.
- Managing the entire acquisition process, starting from initial contact to planning and conducting pitches to Enterprise customers, as well as defining offers and negotiating contracts.
- Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Staying up to date with industry news, technologies, trends, and opportunities related to Identity Verification Solutions.
- Providing regular reports on activities, progress, and achievements directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in B2B IT sales, specifically at medium-to-large organisations.
- Degree in accounting, business management, sales and marketing
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision makers and capable of creating a stakeholder map to manage complex deals.
- Proficiency in sharing compelling stories about successfully initiating large deals and the strategies employed.
- Excellent commercial and technical acumen.
- Familiarity with various sales methodologies and the ability to select and utilize the most effective approach.
- Adherence to established company policies and procedures related to information security.
- Sound understanding of the sales process.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and quick to learn.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Determination to achieve targets.
- Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
