**Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their branch in their Cape Town office.**

**Responsibilities**

Generating a high volume of Invoices and Purchase Orders on SAGE.

Maintaining accurate records of all invoices generated

Ensuring that all purchase orders are processed timeously and accurately

Maintaining accurate records of all purchase orders generated

Ensuring monthly closing off all office petty cash account recons nationally

Ensuring the accurate processing of monthly Petty Cash and Credit Card recons

Monthly reconciliation of all relevant control accounts on the Balance Sheet

Maintaining accurate records and ensure that all documentation is filed away in an orderly manner

Assistance with all required documentation and queries during the annual audit

Monthly Creditors administration and month - end reconciliations.

Banking and payment administration.

Processing within SAGE up to trial balance (including cash book).

Assistance as required to the finance team.

**Competencies**

Ability to work under pressure

Energetic and proactive

Willingness and openness to learn new skills

Strong organizational and administrative skill

**Minimum Requirements**

2 - 3 experiences in a debtor and/or creditors roles with bookkeeping experience

At least 5 years’ experience within a Financial Administrator or other finance role

Experience using Sage Evolution is a prerequisite.

Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships within the organization.

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
